ORDER

At klosterfrk.dk you can only order items that are shown on the website. If you have any inquiries about items that are not on the site, you are always welcome to contact us Tel. 7662 0555.


Since we also have a physical store, we reserve the right that an item may be out of stock, despite the fact that it may be visible on the site, but unfortunately may be sold in the store, at almost the same time.


If an item is sold out, no contact will be made with the customer during sale periods, but a partial order will be sent and the charge adjusted to this.


All prices include 25% VAT and other taxes and are in Danish kroner. The prices are current prices, which are updated continuously, and are valid within the borders of Denmark.


Reservations are made for printing errors and sold-out items, as described above.

When you shop at klosterfrk.dk, all agreements are concluded in Danish.

If you would like to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to info@klosterfrk.dk, or log in and find it via the menu item "About Us->Your Account", where you can also make payment for the order itself by clicking "Pay now" on the order.


HOW TO SHOP WITH US

To make a purchase on klosterfrk.dk, you must go through 5 steps.


  1. Find the item(s) you want and put them in the shopping basket, then go to checkout.
  2. enter your personal information
  3. Select shipping/payment method
  4. Accept our terms of business
  5. Check that all information is correct and approve the purchase


PAYMENT

At klosterfrk.dk, a fee is charged when paying with:


The acquirer is Clearhaus (Mobilepay) Nets A/S. The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are shipped from klosterfrk.dk. A larger amount can never be charged than what you have approved at the time of purchase.


A fee of 25,- is charged for bank transfers. Bank transfers are not covered by the objection scheme.



CANCELLATION OF ORDERS PRIOR TO DELIVERY


If you have chosen an item that we have specifically ordered for you, that you wish to cancel your order for and have paid a deposit, we reserve the right to keep the deposit paid in full or in part. The deposit is typically 50% of the price of the item, depending on which model you have ordered. If we are able to cancel your order, you will of course get your full deposit back, or if we assess that the item can be sold without incurring a loss.


FREIGHT

The shipping cost is determined according to the weight of the package and the recipient in Denmark (Sweden and Norway are agreed separately):

All amounts are for freight alone - if customs duties and other fees are imposed in connection with export from Denmark, the cost will increase accordingly.


However, shipping is free for orders over DKK 495,- incl. VAT.


DELIVERY

Delivery time is 1-3 working days, subject to the item being sold out or being produced subsequently by our suppliers. We deliver to Denmark, but not the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

For delivery to Sweden, Norway, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and other countries outside Denmark, please contact kundeservice@klosterfrk.dk.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

  1. have received your item
  2. takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
  3. gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email, phone or similar. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it back. You can find the standard cancellation form here.


You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this. The right of cancellation cannot be used for goods that have been manufactured according to your specifications or have been clearly personalized, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2, no. 3.


If you simply want to exchange the item for a different color or size, you must return the item and create a new order via the webshop. When we receive the returned item, the money will be transferred to your account. This helps reduce the risk that the desired size/color will not be sold out in the meantime.


Your order must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery, and upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged.


Please note: We cannot accept returns sent to a parcel box.

THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS IF YOU REGRET


You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item. It must not appear used, for example, smelling of perfume or having marks from make-up. Tags/price tags must not have been removed from the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.


If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.


To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.



REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT


If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs corresponding to the delivery costs you paid when ordering on our website, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such refund by transfer to your bank account or by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.


We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.


It is not a requirement, but the processing is facilitated if sufficient information accompanies the package – Attach a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.


Please note: we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.


RIGHT OF COMPLAINT / DEFECT RULES

The Danish Sales Act's defect rules apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at klosterfrk.dk, you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This is of course conditional on the complaint being justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is made within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY and

COOKIES


Using cookies is a term for the fact that a user's behavior on a network is recorded by the user themselves (on the user's hard drive). In this way, the user can be recognized, for example on a website, on the next visit.


No personally identifiable information is stored in a cookie, but rather information about the user's behavior on a website, e.g. username for logging in to a website. A cookie is stored on the user's hard drive together with cached files. A cookie is thus a text file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can set your browser to inform you when you receive a cookie, or you can turn off cookies completely. The only thing these cookies are used for is to recognize your computer.


Technically, cookies can be divided into two types. One type is called “session cookies” – they keep track of what you have put in your shopping cart while you navigate around the online store. “Session cookies” are not stored on your computer, but disappear when you close the browser. The other type of cookie is called “permanent cookie”, and it is stored as a text file on your computer for approx. one month. A “permanent cookie” helps our server to recognize your computer the next time you log in to our website.


On www.Klosterfrk.dk Cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time: In Internet Explorer, cookies are deleted under the menu "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "General" -> "Browser Data/Delete Cookies".


Log statistics is used on klosterfrk.dk and means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc.

At klosterfrk.dk, log statistics are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality.

In order for you to enter into an online agreement with www.Klosterfrk.dk, you must register with the following personal information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.


The personal information is registered with Kloster Frøknerne ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.


When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. We adhere to the rules set out in the Data Protection Regulation.

We do not store customer information encrypted.

Information submitted to klosterfrk.dk is in no way passed on or sold on to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
