Refund policy

We will refund the money upon return within 14 days, as long as the goods and packaging are intact. We reserve the right to reject a product if the above is not complied with.

When returning, an insured return label is requested via info@klosterfrk.dk. When you use our return label, we deduct a fee of NOK 29 from your order.

If you use other freight, you must be aware that you yourself are responsible for the package reaching us. We encourage you to use insured shipping and have a receipt on the shipment.
