Capturing the scent of violets in a laboratory was one of the first triumphs of fragrance chemistry, and ever since, ionones have been fundamental to perfumery. Violettyne ® is the 21st century answer to their wistful, powdery scent: an ethereal, bright violet with a metallic vibrancy, edged with a luminescent green. Patented in 2000 by Firmenich, the groundbreaking 'captured' molecule transforms scent into light with lumen_esce.

Boosted by cool-as-cucumber and the essence of violet leaves, sizzling Violettyne ® surges from flower to root. Petals shake. Flowers spread fragrant powder on a spring bouquet (freesia, jasmine, iris and rose). Patchouli Prisma - a high-tech ingredient, distilled and recombined to enhance its woody warmth - casts black light on the radiant bouquet.
